Extensive experience in commercial litigation spanning more than 25 years of practice with a particular focus on federal and state litigation.
I assist small to medium sized businesses, start-ups, entrepreneurs and individuals with legal counseling, pre-litigation interventions, and all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on business-related disputes, including investor disputes, partnership disputes, breach of contract, non-solicit/non-compete and trade secret issues, accountant and auditors’ liability, and directors' and officers' liability.
I founded a law firm focusing on class action work, and I have litigated many cases in commencement to trial. Conducted hundreds of depositions and litigated cases to conclusion including jury trials.
